Sometimes I see little flashing bright lights in the shape of a ball.  Sometimes they are little somtimes big.  Also everytime I look at the sky I see billions of little things flying around it almost looks like fireflies swarming.  They are always the most beautiful color.  Like they have many colors that create one beautiful color.  Does anyone have any idea what this stuff is?

I also see these two, expesialy  when I look into the sky, I sometimes put my self into a semi-trance with the sky and a bright white dot will sometimes appear but not for along time, anyone have any information on what this could be?

I see flashing white and blue stars quite often (mostly white), and they come from my guidance. Below are some patterns.

The really powerfull stars flash close to me about a foot above my head, to my left or right, or 7 or more feet away from me. They never flash right in front of me closer than 7 feet, which is good, because it would be too startling if they did. When these bigger stars flash I can feel a burst of energy.

When a star flashes close to me, it is always small.

They also flash in meaningfull ways, and sometimes come with mental messages. For example, one time I woke up in the middle of the night while lying on my side, and felt my energy body being worked on. I mentally asked: "Is this a spirit being helping me. A star flashed, and I was given the mental message: "Yes." I then asked: "So I have nothing to worry about?" Another star flashed, and I got the mental message: "Yes." My energy body was worked on for a few minutes. The next day when I meditated, my meditation was clearer than it had been before.

Another thing that has happened a number of times, is my attention will be brought to a particular area, and a star will flash right there.

Sometimes the stars will flash to get my attention, and I'll get a mental message to handle the situation that is just about to happen, with care.  These are situations that could be problematic, if I chose not to be inwardly centered as they occured.  I thank my lucky stars that potentially negative situations have turned out well. ;D

The main thing the flashing stars do, is tell me that my guidance is always there.

I also at times see small blue dots flash. I'm not certain, but it seems as if they occur when I should chill out or cool down. "Cool, like blue."

There's more to it than this, but I don't want to go on and on.

Regarding the night lights, I don't know. Sometimes I'll see one of the stars I talked about flash in the sky. But never a bunch. And talking about a bunch, sometimes I'll see a bunch of flashing stars after a meaningfull dream, or even during a dream.

Everyone here will talk about spirits and it's okay the boards are for that BUT I'll give you another answer.

If you seesmall dot like lights moving around it is caused by an oxygen deficiency in the brain. So for example, If you are tired (low blood pressure) and your are sitting and then you get up quickly you might see dots flying around and you might even lose cousciousness.

It is normally seen with a kind of pressure on the skull. Or on the eyes... I don't quite remember the sensation. Maybe the pressure is around the eyes on the skull...

Anyway I just wanted to make sure everyone really knew what they were talking about.

The veils are thinning between the dimensions with ours and the Earth's Ascension and I know that many people are seeing beyond. I feel this may be related to what you are all seeing.  I have been seeing tiny white sparkling lights once in awhile and feel love at the same time, so I feel they are guides or something from another dimension.

You are probably seeing the universal energy field that surrounds and feeds all things.  On bright sunny days these little globules of energy move quickly and sometimes leave a trail behind.  On cloudy days they appear translucent and move slower.  If you expand your view and look at the aura surrounding a plant you will see these being absorbed by the plant.  They are absorbed by all living things.

It "isn't" like seeing stars when you sneeze.  It's much more detailed. They appear in a manner which obviously shows conscious intention behind them.  Plus there's the mental messages that come with them. Plus there's the wave of energy the bigger ones include.

I see flashing lights when  a migraine starts.. :P

Also..not to put  a damper on anyone, and this was brought up before, in a similar thread..you might want to check with an opthomoligist, just to be sure..sometimes, it could be what is known as "floaters"..

If your eyes check out..search further, but clear up the possibility of it being physical first..just my thoughts..

I've read about floaters etc., and it's nothing like that.  I used to see them once every few months or so. Once I got in touch with my guidance, opened myself up to it, the stars started appearing in various ways with regularity.

Here are some more experiences which suggest what flashing stars can be about.

Back when I was first pondering the I-there/disc/higher self/oversoul viewpoint, I had a dream one night. I was lying in bed, in a room, that seemed to be located in space. Four other people were also lying in a bed of their own. A little boy sat at the foot of my bed. He was telling everybody what he was told about the I-there. Everybody seemed concerned. I quized him in order to see if he was certain about what he had learned. He was. I started to tell everybody, why are we so concerned about this? Can't you see that this is a positive thing? Right then a bunch of stars started coming out of the top of the little kid's head. I told everybody, you see, stars are coming out of his head. Then I looked around, and stars started coming out of everybody's head. The room filled up with stars. I then woke up and a lot of stars were flashing in my room. The memory of this dream doesn't fade.

Here's another example. This is back from when my guidance was letting me know that it's communicating to me with images.
I was meditating one day, and suddenly I saw a clear 3d image of a major league baseball stadium, players and fans included. I directed my attention towards the left fielder. Then a clearly drawn yellow line moved from above the center fielder's head to above the left fielder's head, and then moved straight down. I sensed a  presence, and realized that that which was communicating with me, has the ability to immediately respond to my thoughts. For example, it knew that I was focusing my attention on the left fielder.

Here's the stars part:
About a month later, once again while meditating, I saw a baseball field. I mentally asked, "Why are you showing me this again?"  My attention was then brought to the fans sitting in the left center field bleachers, and a bunch stars started coming out of their heads.

By the way, I'm somewhat of a baseball fan. Obviously my guidance knows about this.
