Got myself some verification! don't mind if I do begin sharing. I was at the time moving my elderly mother back to my sister's house where she had more or less unconsciously expressed to be with the family she was closest to. I went to check out my sister's quarters, and also to take an overview of her life circumstances at the time (my sis is always got some major truama going on) I was about ready to go on the road with mother, but needed to know what was ahead. found myself semi lucid I guess on the highway flying directly over it, I decided to take the long way there by traveling the road map, as I would have to do that in reality anyway and I didn't want to miss the turn. I'd been looking at a map intently also. it was a straight run mostly down a freeway, a 1,000 miles aprox. I found my turn off ok and took my right turn then was in her house I'd never seen before. I looked for a bedroom that was empty to place mother in. I was told it was a small 2 bedrm house, with a garage made into quarters as well. my sis was not wanting to take my mother, but I disagreed! mother needed her, not me, and my brother would take mom after that. back at the ranch..I wandered down a little dark hall and entered a bedroom, which amazingly looked tidy and clean (this was not how it usually is) I thought, yes, mom can stay in this room, which used to be Billy's, my nephew, but Billy was not in there as it was tidy. (could not be!) off to a side I saw some plants for landscaping purposes but didn't know what that meant. then I slowly looked down at an end table and noticed a mustard stain. I just kept staring at the mustard like it was the craziest thing I ever saw. then I looked out into the hall and saw my sis arguing with my nephew...this argument would continue non stop about 3 or 4 years. her children had grown up without the help of the father, but she did the best she could, she just couldn't make her kids independent from her.
at the same time she couldn't turn her back either on their obvious dependancy financially. (she didn't make them go to school.) anyhoo, I notice the argument and i try to get her attention, she glances at me and I see that I can't get her attention. so I leave and call her on the phone about visiting her house. I mention the mustard I saw. she says, oh, that must be billys girlfriend who lives with us now, she leaves mustard all over the house!!! I also find out Billy's bedroom is empty, just like I saw it as he had moved in with his dad for awhile. I also learned he was working in the landscaping business and thats why the plants were in the bedroom. and the arguing with Billy was normal, and might have been my sis attempts for him to go to work each day. his moving back to his dad's place would mean he had to work each day as his dad would not give him a free ride.
I used to worry about Billy, until one day I saw in a dream a guide hanging around him, his guide told me Billy's doing just fine...he'll get with the program very soon!
anyhoo, it all worked out and mom moved in with them and my brother soon took the responsibility over after that.
I would have kept mom but we hadn't spoken in 20 years and she was closer to my siblings, so that's how it goes.

Hey thats great to get that and specially since its not like you could have know it anyway, the arguing ok but the mustard? the moving out of the room? I think its great verification!! Can't wait for some too. But I'm sure you have broken this belief system already right?? Still love to hear these tales though, makes you believe even more!

I know Chipper. who'da thought...mustard...I woke up the next morning thinking...another weird dream..this can't be real, but I'm gonna ask her anyway...this sister has been an unintentional PE partner for me once before...in my 30's (long time ago, hee) I was like you are today..try real hard to go obe about once or twice a month...I do my grunt exercises ;D
one night I say I GONNA DO IT BY JOVE! I work myself up, cheerleading....I picture my body standing in her room 1,000 miles away. maybe I will be able to say hello, I like you. something simple. I start to fall asleep and the vibrations come, they are so strong they jar me to waking. darn, I say, I'm in bed. lol.. fall asleep again. next morning sis called me. heres what she said.
Anna: last night you were in my room!
Me: flushing with good feeling, I say, oh? what did I say? ;D
Anna: you didn't say anything, just stood there.
Me: could you see through me? or was I solid?
Anna: you looked solid!
then I tell her I was experimenting to get there. the sad thing is I don't remember being there, I just remember trying hard with my will to obe. so can only think memory retention not always works while I projected a complete thought body to her of myself standing there. and though it was successful, my thought form did not send a greeting like I wanted to tell her I thought of her, and I wanted her to be happy. I think to send emotion, to say I love you, this will work and probably is reason to do retrievals work with the PUL. blessings, alysia

Oh i got to say, I've gotta tell someone!!! totally off topic tho but i found a way to get New Zealand radio over here in England on the internet, i love that accent i want it lol. Getting intot he swing of things but still got a year to go :(, so long!!!!! Wow i'm exciting now, hehe :D! Sorry for rambling...

Hi there Ryan...good for your radio reception! my sis seemed to be saying she saw my form with her physical eyes...she is not into this stuff, so I have to believe her. and it was a surprise to her, which was my intention that she be surprised. guess I did accomplish something then? I'm trying to learn about intention plus emotion to travel on. the intention has to be 100% positive or my guides won't let me out! :D
I guess wanting to connect with her and the wanting to surprise her too was the intention, plus add to that mish mash...I was trying really hard to will it. nowdays I don't try hard...as I already have my proof. so you have to get yours. I think you are doing really good towards that goal, is why I enjoy reading you here; a younger version of myself sort of...I guess I do have a few stories to tell.... :D but I'm a board hog..so I wrote my book.. theres 25 what I call Road Signs, I hope that others will enjoy reading them. love and light and remember it's only life...and we are on vacation and don't know it...alysia

Wow, that was great verification for you.  I remember that story being briefly mentioned before, all I remember is the mustard!  Thanks for expanding it all out with all the details.

Yeah, so here's what I'm thinking...if any of us comes up with the precise formula for making these excursions happen, you have to post it for all to see and utilize.    Intention plus emotion equals OBE?  

I am so greedy, I want the whole package.  Place my intentions and desires, get all my emotions lined up, feel the separation so I can know every aspect of it (but not get some body parts stuck), easy separation, and then BAM, I end up exactly where I want to be.  

But all this talk about intention being pure--well does pure curiosity count?  I hope so.  I get so excited too, and I usually remember feeling like a little kid in a candy store, just so excited, I can't believe I'm here, and I want to try everything.
