Hi I'm new to this forum after lurking for a couple of months but something happened to me yesterday that has prompted me to post for the first time.
I have a little Jack Russell terrier and he took off yesterday while we were unloading the weekly shopping from the car. He has done this before and comes back usually within 20 mins but yesterday he didn't come home. I had looked in the street where he goes quite a few times and I was actually preparing for the worse. Around 4pm I was sitting at the pc when I caught a glimpse of Mickey out of the corner of my eye and he had that "I'm guilty" look on his face, but he looked whiter than normal even his face (he's mainly white with a few tan spots and brown ears/brown face) I turned to focus on him but he dissappeared and this had me really worried about his safety.
Well you won't believe it but about an hour later I get a phone call (he's listed on a pet register for missing animals) from a woman who has found him! Instant relief, I went straight over (he was in the street I thought he would be but further up than what I expected) and got him and the woman told me that she had fed him chicken and "gave him a bath", which I'm wondering why he appeared whiter than normal. I do believe he did astral travel though.
I thought I'd start with something with a good outcome!

this is so cute! love it! a good ending too and a cleaner dog...ha ha! maybe now if he goes exploring you will be able to find him easier by opening your mind...thanks for the post! I lost my dog last year too. but she was very old and senile too. I was thankfully able to find her by astral traveling, but it was too late to bring her home. love, alysia
