last week i was on my computor upstairs when i heard the back door open and someone run in and go through the door to the kitchen, at 1st i thought it was my son but when he didnt come upstairs i went down to c who it was ,but the door was locked? ???,since then ive had my mic on my computor suddenly fly off and at work ive walked past the kettle and its suddenly turned itself on and boiled and turned off by itself,ive also had my touch lamp come on by itself, many time ive come down stairs in the morning and its turned on when i no 4 sure i turned it off,i thought at 1st it mite be my mam trying to contact me, she died last year,but im no so sure,this is freeking me out a bit, plzzzz help , :o

Derby, try to get quiet in your mind and ask a question of this entity...maybe write down what comes to you. somebody is trying to get your attention and it looks like they got it. don't be frightened, lots of people are sensitive to spirits...if you think it's your mom, it could very well be. try the automatic writing technique or read on this site under resources how you can make contact. some good info is here for you to read. love, alysia

Id get a smudge stick and cleans your home. Its an easy practice, you light it then when its burning and releasing smoke you go into each corner of each room, stating that you intend to cleanse and release all negativity from each room.

After the clearing you call forward the universal God light force to come and fill your home with the highest vibration of light and your intention for this light is to protect your home from any negativity. Fill you home with love also this is your greatest protective force, love will always protect you .

I routinely smudge my apartment with sage and sweetgrass. It gets rid of the negative energy and brings in positive energy and also smells so good. ;-)

thnx ill try that,i dont feel anythink evil at all,but a while back when i was sat in my lounge my touch lamp came on by itself and i did feel a presense near the lamp which scared the life out of me as i was in the house by my self at the time,and when a friend of mine died in a house fire i was sat alone thinking about her when i suddenly smelt a lovely aroma and then sensed a presense near the door but as soon as i looked towards the door the presense vanished,thnx to all who replyed  :)

If you're up for attempting to make contact through writing as Alysia suggested, I've found that using my none dominant hand to do the writing, sometimes might allow for the message to come through more clearly. I've also discovered that using my none dominent hand to record an answer to my question and then drawing a picture staying focus on the answer, works as well as writing it out in words.

Just a few questions about this writing thing...do you have to go into a relaxed state for example and not be aware of your body, or do you forget about your hand and then write? How do you do this! lol. Or is it like feeling where you have to go and just following that feeling?

See for me if i was to do it i would just write sumthin i wouldn't believe it or it wouldn't make any sense, just a scribble. Is there anywhere i can read about this and lastly lol is it any good?

I'd say just a little relaxation, willing to trust and go with the flow, focus, and intention-plus a comfortable pen with paper will do it.  I've come out with some interesting results/answers, some that awed me and some that really made me laugh.
And remember the "NO FEAR" logo because "nothing human is alien" and you're just playin' around ;D.

the day I went obe from the forehead I had just finished concentrating on the brow muscles, tiny little muscles in the face....I was kidding around with my guide, saying stuff like, "oh look theres a muscle in my eyebrow! watch this! Something  strange happed this morning on my school crossing.I saw 3 kids coming up to me.Now I cross these same kids every morning,so I stared to walk out onto the road.2 of the kids past me on the left.So I thought the other one was crossing on my right.But as I looked to my right,there was nobody there.I looked all around,but no kid.It was as if he vanished.Do you think there is a mianing to this.I am baffeled.George

I doubt this is a ghost.

The poltergeist activity your are describing is usually happening because of someone. You would be the one uncounsciously doing it by current theories.

Usually this appears at puberty but it can happen at some other time too.

Some think that when the magnetic energy or whatever is really strong where you live and when a person who risks causing poltergeist activity lives there, it usually starts to happen.

George, please read this about negative energies and it sets it all straight for you. you don't need to be afraid of them. you will be safe. and possibly the voice you heard which said there were evil spirits there, was playing around with your head. there are a lot of practical jokers around in the astral, so don't buy it!

hey, if u want companionship, it's easy to attract. first write down on a list all the things you want in a relationship...be very specific, because if you leave out one detail, then you will be disappointed for sure. then on another list write all the things you can gift your companion with, all your good points.
then just wait and be patient...it happens.
