I have a few ideas about going into the afterlife.I have had results,but not to the exstent that gordon has.Does anyone on the board know the best way of making contact? George

I’ve got in touch with nobody in the afterlife despite the fact that I truly believe it’s possible. But I think, (and if I’m wrong I’d like to know) the most of the people at this site who have had experiences with such contact have had some kind of different perception since earlier in their lives.

Books like Monroe’s and Moen’s ones were just a tool in order to explain them what they were going through and help thenm to improve their experiences.

I said that because, sometimes I feel frustrated because I’ve been trying for a long time any kind of contact and I’ve never been succeed. So I think that for one who has never gone through any kind of “differenced perception “ experience it is not as easy as it is said to be.

George I already know you've made contact as you told us about it and my feelings are usually correct. I think you can look at all your experiences and see how you do it, personally, and then align with your own methods by studying how you got to be so receptive to the other world, and whether it just happened, or how you opened up to that to happen. as you know it's real already.

Yes I know I did make contact 4 or 5 times,but latly I dont know what happened,its not working anymore.how do I get it back?Maybe I am trying to hard.Thanks anyway.Love George

I'm sure you aren't trying too hard, intense desire is a good thing.  But remember to not hold doubt along with it.   Whatever it is you do to make contact, expect that it will work for you.

It's still there, my opinion. have you heard of having a dry spell? it will pass. sometimes these dry spells are leading up to a breakthrough of a different level. so you're cool!  ;D

I hope your right.I am having some kind of let down.It was easy at first,but now there must be a blocking some where.I try to levatate my body by relaxing and letting it happen.I can feel my body trying to left of the bed,so I know the energy is there.It kind of frustrating.I am trying everything I can think of.Thanks for your support.Love George

Just so you know thats happening to me as well, and it is really frustrating when you just want to explore and learn new things. Has it got any better yet?

For me I'm just ralxing away from trying for a few days and just concentrate on everything around me to bring me more energy, just little things like doing all the jobs i need to do lol if that makes any sense. Then I'm hoping to go back and get some more experiences!

Hope it comes back soon.

Yep..we've all had "dry" spells.  For me, its comes in cycles.  Several days "on" and then sometimes weeks "off".

Almost like..your own spirit needs time to rejuvenate.

yes, I've noticed a kind of pattern to my dreaming true and it's only happening maybe twice a month, then when the incident comes true, it's on the average 30 days later more or less. I'd like to have them more often but that's how it goes. in between the dreams though is little intuitions, and synchronicities, like knowing who is on the phone, that sort of thing. I always know when it's time for my friend Gabi to come over, she's like clockwork, every 10 days and she rings me up in my head first.

There were a few things that Bruce reminded us of in the Art of Retrieval how to book that were mentioned under heart intelligence hints regarding not being able to get past the body itches, odd symbols, sounds, emotions, or nothing happening. He suggests that we say in your mind as we ask assistance from our helpers, “I am willing to be receiving more answer to my question” as you refocus your attention on the center of your chest/heart. He claims that eventually you’ll start getting some clearer input if you keep requesting clarification. I felt relief that it was not unusual to have some unproductive exercise efforts and that there was something I could do to get moving again.  I also like that, by request, I can ask for clarification on anything I perceive during an exercise which makes no sense to me.  I tend to forget this.
