I agree with the general opinion here. We do come back as people of different races and cultures. I guess it's all part of the learning process.

hi  this medium told me that you have the choice to be riencarnated  when you are in the spirit world the medium told me i have a daughter in spirit i lost mt second baby after suffering a miscarrage i was only 3 mnths in pregnancy when this happened but i always beleived it was a girl and he said that she has now grown up in the spirit world and they called her teresa  he said she was telling him that she would like to touch the earth plane again one day i think we have all lived many life times god bless juditha

While doing past life therapy with people I've come across people who were previously one ethnicity, next time another, with the only connection being the need to make continuity out of the succession of lives. Otherwise we'd go off into one of those "state split" parallel universe things, I guess, which might be the case when people get stuck in a place that has no "exit" in either the lower astral or earthbound mental planes.  I suppose that this is like a change of ethnicity, but more abstract. Going back farther, people also can generally recall being an animal, although those memories are often a bit fuzzier, so to say.
