I have recently started using Bruce Moen's new cds and thought I'd give an update.  

I haven't reached the retrieval cd yet, just going along very slowly.  This set is wonderfully developed for newcomers to meditation.  Everyone should feel welcome to participate in this method because the approach takes everything in small, comfortable steps.  Before you know it you are feeling love energy and using imagination in a relaxed state.  All it requires is an open mind and a quiet space.  There is no dogma so this should be a method which anyone can embrace.

Bruce's voice is very calming and will instantly put you at ease.  The set is designed to lead you forward slowly so that you do not need to invest a great deal of time for any one lesson.   Just an update for anyone who might think this is beyond their reach.

hey, mine finally arrived last week and have gone though the first set of exercises and definatly very good! i would recommend purchasing the CD's along with the book, not just the book as then everything is just there for you and they go hand in hand.
