Please help if anybody knows what this is called.I can move any part of my body by just commanding it to move,and it moves.Does anyone on the board know what this is? Do you think its the spirit doing this? I would be very greatful if someone can tell me. George

I don't have a name for what it is but can try to explain what u are doing. I believe it's an exercise to link the unconscious to the conscious. I used to practice this asking my arm to raise. it was difficult, so if you are able to do it I believe you are showing yourself how you are able to control your body through suggestion. a hypnotist taught a group of us this technique once. a lot of people practice something similar to suggest they rise up into their astral counterpart.

Hi George-

Alysia's right. I do hypnosis, and this is a comon suggestion.

The reason it feels funny is that instead of being art of the ongoing event from the inside you are "spectatoring", as if you were watching something somewhere else. But it's still you.

If you want, you can give yourself any number of useful suggestions of the same general type and you should be able to get similar results. Or, if you get tired of being a spectator, relax and go inwards, focus on breathing and on breathing slower and slower until it becomes a slght strain, then take a really Deep breath and feel it reconnect you to every part of your inner self.

You have an interesting ability that should make you an excellent soul rescuer.

Dave.so far I can slow my heart beat,lower my blood presure,and I can releive pain to a certen poind.I have been into the afterlife and found a womans husband.But I would like to control pain,and I have very low blood sugar,that anyone can control.I have a question for you.You told me about breathing.When I do this,is there a feeling of some sort?I can do anything except have the decire to make love.Thanks for your help Dave.George
