Hey all, just wondering if you could explain this experience and if it has anything to do with OBE/Astral etc.

When i'm really really tired and in desperate need of sleep but have to stay awake for a bit longer i sometimes lie down for like 5 mins and shut my eyes. I can suddenly see very real images in my head, its only when i relise how vivid they are and that i can actually see them i lose them. I like daydream as well but vividly. When i relise i see them i relise i need to be awake and when i go to wake up i get this like refocus effect lol

ill try to explain better, i guess its aactually like i shift back my focus from whereever i was, i hear a weird sound and like rushing and then im back and its a little fuzzy for a split second.

Noticed this quite a few times now, wondered if it had any relavance.

Ryan, I had a similar thing happen to me about a week ago.

I was lying down waiting for something to come onto the TV  or radio that I didn't want to miss and was fighting to stay awake.  I'll close my eyes for a second or two, I told myself ::) as I sort of drifted I experienced some sort of profound insight and told myself to pay attention and remember as this was important/interesting/real.  As soon as I had that thought whatever it was went, I was frustrated because I couldn't remember what it was I saw/heard aaaarrrrgggghhh!!

Crumbs are better than nothing I spose but one day I hope to eat the whole cake :)

lol yeah thats right as well. you cant remember what you saw, even straight after! aghh lol
