I got some hemi sync cds and ive always had lucid dreams my whole life so i decided to try this astral projection. anyways i meditated for a long time listend to some cds. I finally went out for like a second or two.  it was really weird scary kind of i saw a glimpse of myself that was what was scary. but then i slammed back into my body. ANd woke myself up with a grunt or snort , or somthing lol. If iwas sleeping in the first place i dont know that  i was really asleep i think i was inbetween anyways what am i doing wrong? any help please?
