What is Doubtless Intent?

How do you you use it?

Is it harmful?

It's a direct command to the universe to which it responds.  It is a condition where you are one w yourself, including the subconscious, the superconscious (perhaps the universe (the tao) is the superconscious).  There could be no more pure, more powerful prayer, imo.  When i was in that state, i had results in the form of a person being and delivering what i demanded/wanted within 10 minutes.

MS pretty much sums it up but this is such a good question as it holds a key to how to create your own reality. I'd say nothing ever happened for me along this avenue until I could be decisive. if I could make a decision after weighing all the pros and cons then there was no doubt to get in my way of it manifesting. but if I made a decision while under the influence of heavy emotion, like anger or deep sadness then I didn't generally like what that decision had produced for me even though I always remembered making the decision. it's like what they say, well, you made your bed, so lie in it. thankfully theres always the NEW decision appearing. lol. so I don't see danger so much as a whole lot of experimentation, falling down, getting up and dusting yourself off, and learning from it. and one thing about getting people to deliver the goods to you, this might happen, but you may get sick of it if it turns out that's not what you wanted after all. you might have left something out of the equation; like what the other person wants for their highest good also. you don't want to misuse your God given talents for getting what you want. we don't have the whole picture yet. I always ask a question if I really want this or that to manifest or if I would be harmful to life in any way to ask for it. the answer is there somewhere, sooner or later if I hold my mind open to it. it helps to always look at intentions because these things change continually if we would be true to self.

if you don't mind me asking, what kind of things manifested?

manifestation? getting what you want? that's what you're interested in, right? theres tons of books out there how to do that. get what you want. all you do is hold a desire. might even take years but sooner or later it pops up. then you get it and decide you don't want it. that's life. you know how people say "you were never promised a rose garden?" lol. I had one. it was beautiful to look on but too much work and too time consuming. forget it.
I'm not really going to answer your question to your satisfaction because I don't know what you really want that you think you cannot manifest yourself. I can just talk about me here but I might have a clue to be helpful. We humans seem to always want something but in order to get anything done around here we have to prioritize things. try writing down everything you want and then condensing the list into just one item. it's hard, but it makes you clear if u do that and makes it happen. when I did this I came up with one item: peace of mind. that was 20 years ago. today I have what I wanted, peace of mind. Actually, i believe that most everyone is getting what they are wishing for.  The only thing is, they are doing it subconsciously.  Once a person opens up to their subconscious, cleans it up, and unifies self, then conflicts are resolved.  Life flows freely.

Like most of what I teach Pure Doubtless Intent is an area of consciousness defined by how it feels after shifting one's focus of attention to that area (or state) of consciousness.

In my workshops I teach  a way of "causing"  something you desire to manifest (happen or come about).   First, define in a clear, concise and complete affirmation what your desire is.  Then either before, during or after stating the affirmation, shift your focus of attention to Placing Intent consciousness.  This done be causing yourself to experience the FEELING of placing intent.

Pure Doubtless Intent is an area of consciousness neighboring Placing Intent.  Similar, but the feeling is experienced with absolutely no doubt about the outcome of the affirmation.

Is it harmful? Perhaps in the same way that drinking water can be harmful?  

Can anyone do it?  Yes, it is the experience of a feeling, anyone who can experience a feeling can do it.
