I know there are a lot of focus level, but i haven't experienced any of them. I was wondering is Bruce's home package deal introduce you to focus levels? Is is similar to the gateway voyage with hemi-sync?I want to find my own truths of the afterlife and even mack new friends and meet Bruce nonphysically!!Thanks

Hi Spiritual Seeker,
What Bruce offers in his Guidebook is different than the Monroe Hemi-Sync products. However, the effect is the same which is to learn how to focus our attention into the spiritual realms. It is actually quite difficult to say what Focus levels one can attain using Bruce's method. Certainly, Focuses 23 thru 27 are emphasized in Bruce's exercises, given that these are the realms of the afterlife. You may not learn how to OBE (in the strict sense) using Bruce's techniques but you may be able to develop psychic abilities such as clairvoyance (psychic seeing) and clairaudience (psychic hearing) and you may be able to gather convincing evidence thru these senses of the existence of the afterlife. Some people using Bruce's techniques have developed the ability to immerse themselves in a scene, which to me seems similar to astral projection. -mike |

I'd be interested in a reference to focus levels. Bruce gives a good generalization in his books, but not much about underlying ideas etc.

Actually, I agree with Robert Monroe when he said that all of us visit the focus levels he described, we are just not aware of that. The concept of focus levels is just a way of organizing our understanding of nonphysical realities. Hemi-Sync is a precise and very useful tool to help one learn to become aware of which focus level you are in. But it isn't a necessary tool for learning to explore the focus levels of our human afterlife, or areas beyond there. My home study course does not include any Hemi-Sync sounds. The system taught in my Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook can be used to visit and explore any of area of consciousness (aka focus levels). While I would not say that it could ever replace TMI's Gateway Voyage and Lifeline programs, I would say that it is a simple, very effective way of learning to explore our afterlife and beyond.
