Like say for example what would President bush and Bin Ladin have to say to each other? What is talked about between souls of such different Earthly veiws?

I don't believe that our higher selves have the ability to get pissed at anything. Our higher selves are the same as the beings in the higher dimensions and they have nothing but infinite patience with us and unconditional love for us. ;)
